New client, new venue
Every client and venue are different, and it is for this reason that for every new client and/or venue that DBSS acquires, it carries out a venue assessment with the client.
This includes a complete venue risk assessment to identify problem areas within the venue that need to be addressed. From this assessment individual training and site specific rules can be drawn up, including ejection policy, drugs policy etc, for door supervisors to agree too and sign.
With the client, DBSS will also put together relevant documentation outlining the clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, list of communications, contingencies and major incident plans.
